About the Role
As a Customer Support Solutions Expert at Brooks Automation, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. You will also be responsible for checking out and approving the operational quality of system equipment, instructing customers on its operation and maintenance, and serving as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of complex equipment and systems.
- Oversees repairs, service, and maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment.
- Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Career Level
This is a career-level position that requires a substantial knowledge of the discipline or function. You will work under general supervision on a wide range of assignments, following established procedures, processes, or policies while using judgment in resolving issues or recommending solutions. May participate in project teams or lead portions of projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a thorough knowledge of the basic principles, practices, and processes in the applicable discipline and a working knowledge of related fields. You should also have experience providing resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems and exercising judgment within procedures and practices in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
