Global Wealth Manager Shanghai

Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business, combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management, with a trillion in assets.
Our team serves millions of customers worldwide, across the entire spectrum of private wealth, from personal banking to business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking, tailored to meet our customers' needs.
This role involves successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies, acquiring new-to-bank customers through central or self-generated leads, delivering high-quality service to highest-value clients, completing training, coaching, and accreditation requirements, and meeting internal standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop and acquire high-end clients, identifying their banking needs and converting them into HSBC customers.
- Obtain new customers through bank channels or self-developed channels.
- Provide excellent customer service, completing basic retail sales targets.
- Complete related training, coaching, and certification requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong presentation and sales skills, objection handling techniques, good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, and relevant professional and regulatory qualifications.
