We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Prestige Banking Manager. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Prestige Banking Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new high-net-worth customers and promoting a wide range of wealth management products and services. You will also build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing quality after-sales service and ensuring best execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new high-net-worth customers and promote wealth management products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the evolving needs of our high-net-worth clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of four years' sales or customer service experience gained in the banking/financial industry, preferably including familiarity with wealth management and mortgage products/services
  • Solid knowledge of regulations and taxation laws, including PBOC, CBRC, and SAFE
  • Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, and ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software; CET level 6 certificate holder

HK$1,200,000 - HK$1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
