Highly Experienced Insurance Professional for Wealth and Personal Banking

Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management to become a leading wealth manager with over trillion in assets. Our dedicated team serves millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking that best suit our customers' needs.
In this role, you will conduct product training to support new product launches and lead client education events to help clients gain better knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
You will follow a needs-based sales process, delivering a strong client experience and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
You will work closely with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships, identify opportunities, and manage risks associated with client portfolios.
This role requires strong technical expertise in complex financial solutions, including knowledge of financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the products.
The ideal candidate will have extensive market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and current financial market activities.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor or at least one year of working experience as Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
- Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
- Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including the knowledge of financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirement relevant to the products.
- Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs.
- Solid skills to manage consultative sales process.
- A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards.
- Team player with collaborative skills.
- Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulation.
- Specialisation in one or more product categories /Estate Planning/Retirement/Protection/Education.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
