China Enterprise Customer Success Consultant

SAP, a global leader in enterprise software, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Consultant to join our team in Shenzhen/Shanghai. As a key player in our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Enterprise customers in China.
About the RoleThis strategic role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work collaboratively across multiple teams to drive customer success. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize the benefits of Concur solutions for our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives. With a strong focus on relationship building and account management, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers in China
- Identify opportunities to maximize the benefits of Concur solutions for clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and growth
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity for the business
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or Account Management in China
- Fluency in English and experience working in an English environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS and ideally Concur solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
