Customer Success Partner Advisor

As an Enterprise Customer Success Professional, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, retention, and relationship health for our key customers. This strategic role requires strong partnership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-trust relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and retention
- Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct Success Planning and Customer Business Review to drive adoption and expansion of services
- Establish strategic relationships with customers as trusted advisors
- Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of account management or customer engagement experience in managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
- Account management experience with large global companies with a high-level of complexity, focus, and intensity
- Strong understanding of SaaS and ideally Concur solutions
- Ability to articulate the value of Concur solutions in solving customer business problems
