About the Opportunity
The Customer Success Team at SAS is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, increase consumption, and retain customers in China. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, develop strong relationships, and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their business problems and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and growth.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of customer success initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business partner relationship development, or technical functions within the technology industry.
- IT or software-driven technical background with customer-facing experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, or related field.
