Job Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, transportation, and warehouse, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data, including forecasts and order trends, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support fellow customer service team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a call center or contact center setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
