Senior Business Partner for Strategic Growth

As a Senior Business Partner for Strategic Growth, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the formation of our business strategy and translating it into actionable people and organization plans.
We are seeking an exceptional individual who can bridge the gap between corporate People agenda and local (area/region) strategy. The successful candidate will foster a culture where Maersk behaviors and values are deeply ingrained, guiding business decisions and ensuring alignment across the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the business has access to critical organizational competences required to deliver our strategy. This includes aligning the organization behind business priorities, driving employee engagement, diversity, and high performance among senior teams.
You will also provide guidance, coaching, and advice on strategic people matters, working closely with senior leaders to drive succession planning, talent development, and cultural enhancement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
