About the Role:

This is a results-oriented position that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of program management. The ideal candidate will be able to shape work for themselves and support their teammates while building strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Account Management team to manage and drive critical programs
  • Leverage data tools such as Excel and SQL to manage opportunities for multiple Seller programs driving the Asia Global Selling ESM business
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders/business teams to translate ambiguous requirements into execution
  • Build trust with Sales partners and foster a collaborative team environment with all stakeholders
  • Structure workflow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities
  • Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and use data-driven decision making to make recommendations for systems, process, and business improvements
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports, or other tools to assist Sales teams maximize productivity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in sales operations, program management, or other related fields
  • Experience in developing SOP/Tools and building mechanisms for complicated working processes
  • Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong project management/time management skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL skills are a plus
  • Proven record in business initiative formulation, strategic design, driving business agendas, and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Data tools development is a plus (Quicksight)

Estimated Salary Range: 180,000 - 220,000 RMB per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
