Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and five insurance plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts receivable tasks and optimizing financial workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Recording and reviewing financial data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborating with HR and business managers to ensure financial data meets expectations.
  • Loginning to various ATS systems to issue and track invoices on time.
  • Reviewing and verifying contract and invoice content for errors.
  • Monitoring contract and invoice payment information and conducting regular audits.
  • Following up on invoice payments, communicating with clients and business departments to ensure timely returns.
  • Regularly organizing and synchronizing payment information to the company's management system and tracking sheet.
  • Assisting clients in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintaining client and employee payroll records and files.
  • Processing paperwork for new employees and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Generating reports related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  • Performing financial analysis, budgeting, planning, performance analysis, and compensation modeling optimization.
  • Supporting global business operations, including financial planning and business partner roles.
Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance, with expertise in accounts receivable workflow.
  • An English proficiency level of CET-6 or above, enabling reading and comprehension of English contracts.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other financial software, as well as Excel for data input.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Working Environment

We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment with a supportive team. Our working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off and statutory holidays observed.
