About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to join our team in Finance and Accounting.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support business manager in efficient planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
  • Implement and control business processes.
  • Ensure financial reporting integrity and transparency.
  • Manage modality cost center control and expense control.
  • Perform daily operational work in planning, reporting, and processes.
  • Assist business manager in setting up and driving business strategy, market analysis, business process implementation, price control, product offering, product marketing, etc.
  • Communicate closely with HQ regarding budget/FC, transparency of business development, and financial key elements.
  • Solve commercial-related issues.
  • Optimize business results and provide advice for improvement from a finance perspective, serving as a trusted partner to the business manager.

Requirements and Qualifications


A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, FP&A, commercial, auditing, or controlling.


Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance.
