As an integral member of our HR department, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business success through effective talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in government regulations and labor protocols to maintain up-to-date knowledge on employee relations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with labor regulations and develop innovative solutions to address complex issues.
- Design and implement employee communication programs to proactively address concerns and changes in the workplace.
- Foster a culture of open communication and transparency through employee ambassador programs.
- Manage employee complaints and facilitate resolution through effective grievance management processes.
- Develop and update performance improvement plans (PIPs) to ensure consistent processes across affiliates.
- Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on PIP processes and track progress.
- Partner with business partners and senior leaders to communicate redundancy and restructuring initiatives effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Preferred experience in employee relations, business partnering, or leadership coaching.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
