Job Opportunity: Commercial Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market surveys and analyses to identify business development opportunities, including potential markets, customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Support the development of WGC, Global Innovation Hub projects focused on Concrete & Cement and Fiber Composites, researching relevant industries, publications, and participating in events to gather valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services and Research & Development teams to drive progress on new business opportunities.
  • Regularly update business development progress based on timelines and requirements, providing monthly reports on Opportunity Sales Management.
  • Support regular Business Development activities, such as sampling applications, document preparation, industrial/customer activities, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a chemical-related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development functions.
  • Proficiency in English, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to analyze market research, make informed conclusions, and drive results.
  • Self-driven mindset, ability to work independently, and a strong team player spirit.

Estimated Salary: RMB 300,000 - 450,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
