About the Role:


We are looking for a skilled commercialization manager to support the launch of new products and optimize the commercialization process to meet customer needs. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with operations, quality assurance, product development, customer service and procurement to execute project commercialization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute project timelines, facilitate cross-functional resources and hold regular meetings to ensure smooth and timely delivery;
  • Support sales managers to optimize the commercialization process to meet customer's needs on flexibility and speediness;
  • Manage projects including developing timeline, facilitating cross-functions team resources, holding regular meetings, meeting critical gate guardrail, risks as well as mitigation plan for the project;
  • Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority;

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Over 5 years Sales/Customer Service working experience in B2B Food Industry;
  • Experience in project management and engaging with Key Accounts will be a plus;
  • Good communication and coordination skills, self-driven and ownership, computer literacy, basic English skill and analytical creative thinking;
  • Based in Shanghai with occasional China travel based on needs.

Estimated Salary Range:


RMB 150,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
