Sales Manager Truck Job Summary
Daily Work:
- Develop new business opportunities from current market and new markets, collecting and sharing market information, competitor, and industrial insights.
- Manage, maintain, and improve key accounts to meet customer needs, developing new business opportunities from key accounts.
- Sell standardized and customized products and services according to the OTO process, including bidding, negotiation, and securing contracts, kick-off to Project Management. Achieve sales targets and control sales-related budgets and costs.
- Based on customer needs, leverage internal and external resources to find professional solutions.
- Input and maintain actual and forecast information related to projects in the CRM system.
- Keep market information and competitor activities up-to-date.
- Support project managers to collect customer payments.
- Offer spare parts to responsible OEMs.
- Observe market information and competitor activities.
- Support line managers for customer events if necessary.
- Work closely with business units to drive business growth and use consultative skills to build effective customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Requirements Summary:
- 5 years of sales, project management, and application experience in foreign or joint venture commercial vehicle component companies.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle chassis, powertrain, chassis electrical, or other similar components.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanics, with CV application a plus.
- Acceptable oral English, with proficient written English.
- Good communication skills, customer-oriented.
