Position Overview:

Head of Project Management(Director Level) will lead the product management team including product managers and technical product owners, responsible for KONE digital portfolio strategy and product roadmap, analyze and monitor market situation, competitors, technologies, new trends etc. This role is crucial in driving the successful execution of product development projects from ideation through to product launch. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital product management, digital product development, digital product operation, and cross-functional leadership, digital transformation, and will have a proven track record of bringing innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Product Strategy and Roadmap: Work together is Frontline Business team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's vision, strategy shift and market trends. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product lines and enhancements. Digital Product Development: Work with customer, frontline business team to define the product requirements, define development priority, work with project development scrum team to delivery high quality product,. Product Go to Market: Work with frontline business team on product go to market strategy, including pricing, sales story, product training, product pilot, product roll out to market etc. make sure product business case realization. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Financial Management: Manage the product budget, ensuring costs are controlled and investments are strategically allocated. Analyze financial performance of products and make data-driven decisions. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers. Communicate product updates, strategies, and roadmaps to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science, Business Administration or related field, MBA is preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex digital product management in a multi-stakeholder and global environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from inception to market. Experience of line and matrix management of experts Proficient in collaborating in virtual teams and in communicating in spoken and written English and Chinese Proven ability to work with a broad range of technologies and cross-functional teams in R&D and IT domain  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and agile environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

Extensive experience in Elevator & Escalator product and business

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to Elevator & Escalator product.
