Job Description

• Event Execution and Evalutaion: 
*Manage all aspects of event execution from idea generation, development of plans, managing third parties, process controls and on the ground execution.
*Work as owner of a large integrated team to ensure successful roll out of activities with high quality deliverables in line with branding guidelines and KV images.
*Working in partnership with relevant functions to effectively manage agencies and suppliers.

• Centralized Leads Data and Process Management 
*Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on the predetermined pipeline, revenue and MQL metrics using digital marketing tools.
*Monthly data collection and data analysis for leads report and progress review.
*Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generated MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team. 

• On-line Platform Promotion and Management 
*Manage online channels and social media official accounts such as Douyin, wechat to determine formats of promotional activities together with offline events. 
*Drive content output, video design and other formats of branding activities for business promotion, track, analyze the visit data and streams to adjust and optimize the results.
*Digital tools development and introduction to current workflow for efficiency improvement and drive innovation agenda.
*Properly allocate budget spending and resource investment on various types of platforms and tools management.

• Industrial and Cross Functional Collaboration:
*Support management team to scouting and identify key industrial events, exhibition, summits and official promotions and develop a full scope of event pools.
*Recommend a set of promotional activities as advisory role to BSBF with professional and effective approach from event MKT view.
*Build partnership with local business and sales team, key industry stakeholder, partners to deliver events with the highest quality in the industry to enlarge brand awareness, maintain and acquire new customers.
*Support executive leadership team on complex, cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
*Cowork with other marketing function heads to roll-out GCN regional level branding campaigns and company campaigns.
 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or master's degree in marketing/communication or related majors
o At least 8+ years relevant marketing experience, 5 years as event or Marcom manager, ideally with advertising agency background
o Solid understanding of marketing and communication, branding and promotion, social media operation experience preferred.
o Strong growth mindset and result driven with strong resilience and commitment to work.
o Ability to work to tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
o Professional and disciplined, high levels of energy and self-motivation.
o Ability to identify best practice, communicate progress and resolve issues.
o Strategic thinking and business acumen
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Good written Mandarin and English required
