Role Summary

As a Group Head for Creative Content at Digital Luxury Group, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, creative copy content to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury market and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Account Service and Planning teams to ensure that our creative messages are aligned with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work we deliver.
  • Manage and mentor a team of copywriters to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to deliver high-quality work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our work is always innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or a 4A advertising firm, with a proven track record of creating and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Experience working with luxury clients and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of copywriters.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
