About the Role

This position is responsible for creating tailored brand-driven strategies into activities/programs, providing customers with a localised activity plan leading to mutually beneficial results. The role involves:

  • Activity Planning: Delivering regional markets and customer costed activity plans.
  • Activity Design: Ensuring commercial viability in line with the brand strategy and market ambition.
  • Activity Execution: Message creation, sales engagement, collateral design, customer/channel selection and executional excellence.
  • Project Management: End-to-end activity ownership, business unit funding coordination and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Liquor or wine brand or trade marketing experience, 8+ years preferred.
  • FMCGl sales experience will be beneficial.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives.
  • Strong project management & planning skills.
  • A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary.
  • Experience in managing agencies.
  • Experience in managing $A&P budgets.
  • Verbal and written English is a must.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
