Job Description:

As a Global Trade Manager for North Asia, you will be responsible for leading the GTR North Asia Trade Retail team in collaboration with the Global Retail team to execute retail excellence, channel plans, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of annual customer action plans, GTR North Asia channel plans, and training programs aligned with the company's global vision.
  • Support account teams and customer marketing teams in activation and NPD launch programs by providing insight into field execution, action plans, and ROI process consolidation.
  • Track NPDs at each approved POS to ensure timely execution in market, aligning with the global calendar.
  • Establish a solid database of GTR North Asia monthly trackers, analyzing depletion/traffic by key locations, visibility, trade feedback, and competitor information.
  • Aggressively seek new visibility opportunities in key locations, ensuring high-quality Edrington brand presentations in trade - permanent, seasonal, and promotional, adhering to brand and campaign guidelines.
  • Built strong relationships, intelligence, and connections in the field to identify potential clients and channels for new business opportunities.
  • Assist customer marketing teams in developing activation/NPD launch tools for all customers, channels, by providing shopper insights and feedback from trade execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Track record in developing self and others
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Relevant experience in retail management or trade marketing within the consumer goods industry
  • Sound commercial acumen with a good understanding of sales operations
  • Sound analytical skills with the ability to collect, model, and interpret data
Salary:

Ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
