About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance Senior Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our trade compliance efforts and ensuring that our global trade operations are in line with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trade compliance program to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that trade compliance is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Monitor and analyze trade compliance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on the latest trade compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international business or law.
  • At least 10 years of experience in global trade compliance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing trade compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
