Senior HPC Sales Manager for North Asia Market Expansion

As a key player in the market, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our business in North Asia.
About the Job:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for executing our business strategy and marketing plan, focusing on the Cleaning Goods, Personal Care & Pharma business in northeast Asia.
This role requires a strong understanding of the HPC industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the home and personal care chemical industries.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field is required, with an MBA being desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 24 employees (direct and indirect) to support the business.
- Active engagement in the HPC Leadership Team.
- Grow the business profitably by utilizing marketing plans and value propositions.
- Implement value pricing to maximize impact.
- Set price, own contracts, and manage customer decisions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Establish senior-level relationships with key decision makers and buyers.
- Grow the selling project opportunity pipeline using application science.
- Ensure disciplined management and performance of distribution channels.
- Communicate compelling customer and competitor insights back to the Marketing and R&D organization.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have a talent for identifying opportunities and driving actions to achieve short-term and long-term success.
Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
