Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity seeks an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our distribution network in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring market penetration.

About the Role:

  • Establish and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective partner management and development
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, making recommendations for improvement and termination as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channels and/or distributors commercial management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working in a global high-tech environment, with a deep understanding of technical products and their applications
