O2O Business Strategist and Channel Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled O2O Business Strategist and Channel Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an O2O Business Strategist and Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing O2O channel expansion strategies aligned with the brand's development strategy.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer marketing managers, region RTM managers, brand managers, and media managers, to ensure effective strategy development, online and offline channel expansions, and activity design execution and review.
In this role, you will also lead and manage the O2O team, including training, evaluation, and motivation of team members, fostering a high-performing and professional team culture.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree, more than 7 years of working experience, new retail platform or EC/O2O operation background, mature customer service/sales experience, and sensitivity to business data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize O2O channel expansion strategies aligned with the brand's development strategy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with platforms, third-party service providers, and offline retailers
- Conduct in-depth market trend, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations
- Leverage both online and offline resources to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Lead and manage the O2O team, including training, evaluation, and motivation of team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 7 years of working experience
- New retail platform or EC/O2O operation background
- Mature customer service/sales experience
- Sensitivity to business data
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
