Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Content Network Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to deliver engaging content across various platforms.

Your primary goal will be to grow our managed channels in reach, followers, and engagement through effective programming and community management. You'll need to stay on top of trends and identify opportunities to localize assets and ensure they resonate with local audiences.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to have a deep understanding of the local media landscape, including broadcast, print, new media, influencers, and creators. You should also have excellent organizational and project planning/management skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a 20-30% travel allowance.

Requirements
  • Prioritizing Managed channels growth in reach, followers, and engagement with right programming
  • Proactively searching and exploring World of Red Bull aligning with local market strategy and priority
  • Focusing on Douyin & Bilibili while keeping an eye on new relevant channels
  • Ongoing data insights and reporting to assess any shifts in our approach
  • Developing and executing the country's strategic media direction by building a year-around engagement plan
  • Leveraging strengths and differences of various partner platforms for programming and distribution
  • Responsible for business-to-business communications, brand and product communications, crisis, consumer affairs, data analysis, and digital platforms
  • Identifying and developing great stories and contents with our products, events, athletes, and creators from all around the world
  • Curating and locally adapting engaging and relevant 'beyond the ordinary' content from around the world
  • Representing the brand in an authentic manner and building genuine connections with Opinion Leaders
  • Refining existing management & reporting tools and monitoring approaches for all OLs
