The Creative & Content Manager position at Edrington offers a challenging and rewarding career path for an experienced professional in the field of content strategy and creation.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our content strategy and creation efforts across social, media, and digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand equity and recruits new consumers.

This role involves collaboration with local, global, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content strategy in line with the overarching brand strategy, ensuring that content resonates with the target consumer and communicates the brand visual language.
  • Work closely with the Global Team to ensure assets are fit for local market usage, adapting where required and developing localized versions of global assets.
  • Lead and mentor agency partners to produce increasingly effective creative strategies, content, amplification, and innovation ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends, technologies, cultural, and social developments to inspire the Global Creative Content Team and drive relevance in content strategy.
  • Define budget for content strategy and deliver on budget, negotiating all fees for projects and preparing contracts as relevant.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Related experience in an agency or in-house spirits or luxury brand, focused on developing and executing creative concepts in print, digital, mobile, and video.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic direction with excellent creative and aesthetic judgement, ensuring consistently excellent output across all platforms.
  • Experience in video (long or shortform), 3D animation, print, and digital content execution, with some understanding of Integrated Marketing Communication, specifically on experiential and digital content communication.
  • Attentiveness to visual detail and finesse, with compelling and immaculate content crafting.
  • Strong sensibility to luxury and creative, with a high level of taste, finger on the pulse of trends, sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with an agile mindset and ability to adapt to various work styles and cultures.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
