Job Summary

You will support Garrett Advancing Motion Hometown Solutions by developing digital assets, managing platforms for HHS campaigns, and analyzing their performance, including content delivery in social media channels aligned with global strategic non-profit partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementing global internal communication strategies and establishing a China internal communications plan in conjunction with country communication leader.
  2. As a main content provider, planning and developing corporate contents in multiple formats to enhance employee communication effects, including posters, infographics, videos, and H5.
  3. Turning complex subject matters related to Garrett technologies and innovations into compelling stories that inform and educate employees about the company's strategy, priorities, and roles.
  4. In support of company's employees' engagement and employer branding efforts, formulating and executing an internal social media strategy with the support of the marketing communications team.
  5. Owning internal communications events and coordinating Town Hall meetings, annual dinners, Family Day, and Diversity & Inclusive activities.
  6. Driving local CSR and sustainability initiatives.
  7. Using metrics tracking to identify key trends and adapt digital and internal tools to increase impact on employees.
  8. Working closely with China Communications Team on corporate projects with an integrated approach.
  9. Providing marketing intelligence reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent English/Chinese writing skills.
  • Graphic creative ability is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree; preference in a related field such as journalism, communications, marketing, or HR.
  • A communications skilled person with experience in similar companies on positions entailing similar responsibilities, 3-5 years' experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and creative mindset, willing to learn and make a difference.
  • Strong Microsoft Office tools skills, intranet publishing, and video production capabilities.
  • Result-oriented and able to work collaboratively with minimal supervision.
