We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team at Razer. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional to develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive social media plans to increase brand presence and user interaction on our official social media platforms, particularly Weibo and WeChat.
- Create high-quality content (text, images, videos) for our social media channels, showcasing our gaming expertise and community enthusiasm.
- Maintain a strong online presence by responding promptly and professionally to user comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy decisions and optimize our content approach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, focusing on Weibo and WeChat platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure cohesive branding and efficient communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media operations, specifically with Weibo and WeChat.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
