The role of a Strategic Social Media Project Manager at We Are Social involves overseeing social media communication project management for our esteemed clients. This individual will work closely with diverse teams, demonstrating a strong passion for We Are Social and its values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional social media marketing services to our major clients;
  • Main Focus on crafting comprehensive proposals during project pitch preparation;
  • Take briefings from clients, coordinate brainstorming sessions with the creative team, lead operations teams to complete cost estimations & operational proposals, and consolidate final proposals under the guidance of key directions & strategies from Account Directors;
  • Proceed with contract processing and payment issues with the finance team;
  • Achieve daily tasks with improved efficiency and results;
  • Analyze monthly/quarterly data and generate reports for clients;
  • Conduct social listening projects for both clients and competitors.

Requirements:

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Event Marketing, or English, who is fluent in English (both oral and written). The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, be customer-oriented, and possess a keen sense of the social media marketing industry & latest technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good document/proposal drafting skills in Chinese and English;
  • Able to work independently under pressure and lead teams effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as PC/MAC and office software;
  • Open-minded and proactive attitude towards challenges and problems.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
