Job Summary

The Channel Development Manager takes ownership of assigned channel accounts or territories, developing and executing sales strategies with manager input. They develop strong relationships with key channel contacts, leveraging sponsorships, marketing initiatives, and other tools to promote partnerships and improve Zebra business within the channel.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs, creating customer partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key channel contacts, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive Zebra business growth.
  • Product Training and Launches: Plans and executes new solution launches within the channel, delivering high-impact sales presentations and product training.
  • Business Growth: Responsible for revenue attainment, margins where applicable, and personal expenses. Achieves average to high individual quotas for business in like roles or strategic growth potential within a year or two.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of applicable work experience.
  • Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage.
  • Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs, creating customer partnerships.
