About the Role

Purpose of this position:
The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Manager to support our business growth strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing joint sales and marketing partnerships with customers, driving eCom business growth, and leading a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate marketing campaigns on various EC platforms.
  • Develop strategies and insights for gift-with-purchase programs, leveraging product knowledge and platform differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in eCom or digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PPT.
