Sales Professional, Dermatology Category Leader

We are looking for a sales professional who can focus on delivering results, embrace learning, and bring a positive energy to our team. They must combine initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration. Above all, they must be passionate about doing something meaningful for consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals we serve every day.
As a Sales Professional, you will manage daily sales operations, maintain relationships with clients, and expand Galderma's product sales in China. You will plan and execute product promotions and sales, achieving company goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing sales value and growth by implementing marketing strategies and promoting new products
- Providing professional product support and maintaining existing client relationships
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and expanding the customer base
- Regularly updating market information and completing sales and market reports as required
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth work processes
- Maintaining product image and promoting continuous product development
Requirements:
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology. Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device sales is preferred, as well as strong learning abilities and familiarity with the medical industry environment. Successful sales records and excellent communication skills are also essential.
