Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies and creative solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, demonstrating the impact and value of our work on their brand performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop proposals to enhance client partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or client service within the design or branding industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple accounts.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and design processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and across diverse cultural settings.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
