We're seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our China Region business operations. As China Region Financial Strategy Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies, ensuring compliance, enabling change, and driving excellence.

About the Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance activities to ensure all organizational objectives are met.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at senior management level to develop and implement finance & accounting strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and lead the implementation of new finance & accounting process excellence initiatives, including strategic resource allocation, organization structure, integrations, leadership, finance & accounting systems, and techniques for improved efficiencies.
- Communicate with government bodies on legal entity-wise topics and work on government subsidies.
- Perform as a bridge among Business Finance, Treasury, GFO, Tax, Internal Audit, and Group Finance, and business/operation as needed.
Requirements:
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and experience in business reporting and related tools.
- China accounting, finance, and tax knowledge and background.
- IFRS and Group Reporting experience.
- High individual responsibility for results.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with a complex environment and understand business impact.
- Good networking and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Managerial experience.
- 7+ years relevant experience.
