We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at William Grant & Sons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external partners for stock movement and inventory management.
  • Liaise with UK suppliers and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Handle sales orders, issue related documents, and coordinate delivery arrangements with distributors and logistics companies.
  • Prepare monthly internal inventory reports and wholesaler inventory reports, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Monitor shipment forecast and planning, handling TNT reporting and tracking, quality reporting, and import/export declarations.
