About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Bulgari.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing market trends, store demands, and historical data to forecast demand for all BUs;
  • Developing and maintaining demand forecasts for different product categories and market segments;
  • Providing Central planning with constant feedback on Target Stock Levels;
  • Maintaining stock availability across distribution channels;
  • Planning and executing replenishment strategies & rebalancing to minimize stockouts and overstock situations;
  • Collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective product deliveries;
  • Monitoring and managing material assortment and inventory levels at warehouses;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, merchandisers, logistics, and finance teams;
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous process enhancements;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • Fluent Chinese and English language skills;
  • 5 years of experience in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in the luxury or retail industry;
  • Knowledge of logistics flows and procedures, planning techniques, and models, quantitative data analysis, simulation and scenario analysis/handling, software applications (BI, SAP, MS Office);
  • Operational Effectiveness, Customer Orientation, Economic Awareness, Flexibility, and Role Competences.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
