Job Summary

About the Role

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Manager to lead our customer growth strategy and business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint sales and marketing partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel activation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of store merchandising plans to drive excellent brand and portfolio display.
  • Manage customer campaigns and execute marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners to drive integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and annual portfolio plans with key customers.
  • Lead and develop a professional team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong business understanding of the channel/trade market.
  • Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • People management experience is an advantage.
