Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to identify the best fit for our organization.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that drive business results.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Represent TE Connectivity on the external market, pitching our company culture and values to potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.

• Proven ability to assess candidate quality, skills, and fit for our organization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to articulate our company culture and business overview to potential candidates.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
