Job Description
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Asia team. With significant growth, this is an exciting time to be part of our global network. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates using our Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement external sourcing strategies to build the company's talent pipeline.
- Develop interview protocols and accurately track applicants and candidates.
- Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong background in a service-oriented culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
