Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys for assigned products in related markets and analyze the results.
- Develop marketing strategies in assigned market/product areas based on survey results, working independently.
- Initiate actions to lead projects, link project steps to business strategies, and ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Develop promotion plans, monitor implementation, and assess results.
- Handle non-routine and complex inquiries related to products, promotional programs, and prices, and develop solutions for a variety of issues.
- Coordinate with the supply chain function to avoid logistics issues regarding inventory, goods delivery, etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing functions in related industries.
- Innovative, good analytical skills, and strategic thinking ability.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and oral formats.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Cross-functional working experience is preferred.
