About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Future Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of recruitment-ready candidates and fulfilling recruitment requests for interpreters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mass sourcing and hiring worldwide. You will also have a proven track record of using creative sourcing methods and building a pipeline of resources.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a pipeline of recruitment-ready candidates
  • Recruitment fulfillment of requested resources (interpreters)
  • Documentation and data collection
