Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with local job market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of global initiatives and embed them at the functional/market level.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in recruiting, including global recruitment.
  • 5+ years' experience in managing recruiters and projects to achieve organizational goals.
  • Retail or FMCG industry experience and deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel, or retail industry.
  • Track record of success driving holistic recruitment strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
