Our Commercial Supply Chain teams in Greater China are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management for our Commercial teams
As the Director of Supply Chain, Greater China, you will lead these teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the execution of applicable cluster/affiliate S&OP meetings to drive alignment between key stakeholders on demand management, product supply, and inventory levels
- Preparing, coordinating, and executing the APAC Regional S&OP meeting and setting minimum expectations for cluster/affiliate S&OP meetings across the region
- Instilling a deep understanding of globally-defined KPIs across the APAC Regional Supply Chain Team, metrics against targets, and directional performance data
- Participating in product launch activities, including geoexpansion launch calls, ensuring accurate forecasts for launches, and tracking sales vs forecast for initial 6-12 months post-launch to provide recommendations for inventory strategy shifts
- Recommending solutions to challenges in the global supply chain or region, focused on driving continuous improvement
- Developing, training, and coaching supply chain professionals, driving engagement and collaboration, and completing performance management cycles for all team members
- Building and maintaining effective cross-functional relationships with business leaders, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and other key stakeholders
Requirements for the role include:
- Chinese and English language proficiency
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP, especially around Demand and Replenishment processes
- Detailed understanding of Supply Chain concepts, systems, tools, and business processes
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or applicable experience
- 5+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, or Consumer Goods industry
- Strong business/financial acumen and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Able to break down complex problems, make recommendations supported by data, and effectively communicate to senior leadership
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence broadly and operate successfully in an international, multicultural environment

- Interpersonal effectiveness, with the ability to understand different viewpoints and resolve issues in a constructive manner
Work requirements include:
- Full-time work shift
- Up to 30% travel required
