Strategic Marketing Lead for Greater China

IE University is a leading international institution with campuses in Madrid and Segovia, Spain. We are renowned for our excellence in innovation and learning technologies.
We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to join our Greater China team. This is a full-time position based in Shanghai, China, or Madrid, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing plan to meet revenue targets for Master and Undergraduate Programs, and to build brand awareness and recognition of IE University in the Greater China region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote IE University's portfolio of Master and Undergraduate Programs in the Greater China region.
- Work closely with the global marketing team and the Greater China team to create relevant marketing materials and ensure aligned messages across all channels.
- Manage marketing agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing activities across various channels.
- Evaluate each channel's effectiveness to optimize marketing performance.
- Monitor marketing Leads in CRM to ensure a healthy pipeline and generate quality marketing and sales Leads.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a Master's program from a recognized university or business school.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or branding.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Solution-oriented and a positive can-do attitude with an innovative mindset.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a formal requirement.
