Business Development Representative

Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at Hyatt Corporation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring professional telemarketing based on Hyatt Senior sales principles and smart sales philosophy
- Learning more about hotel facilities, features, and services
- Systematically and efficiently categorizing accounts for designated departments and reporting results and opportunities to the Director of Sales/Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing
- Following up on sales inquiries and identifying potential business intentions
- Establishing and maintaining existing customer bases and constantly developing new customers
- Achieving monthly and annual personal goals, as well as departmental goals
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that guest requirements and expectations are met
Requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- Fluent typing, shorthand, and document management skills
- Generous behavior, physical and mental health, and the ability to resist pressure
- Proficiency in handling business letters in both Chinese and English
- Aggressive and good interpersonal relationships
- 2 years of international hotel-related work experience
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work a 9-to-18-hour shift with 5 days off and occasional overtime requirements
