Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at TESA, a leading provider of adhesive solutions for the energy storage industry.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy storage sector.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Qualifying leads and presenting TESA's products and services to potential customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and drive sales growth.
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business).
    A master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent English language skills.
