Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at TESA, a leading provider of adhesive solutions for the energy storage industry.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy storage sector.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Qualifying leads and presenting TESA's products and services to potential customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and drive sales growth.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business).
A master's degree or higher is preferred. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Fluent English language skills.
