**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Closely work with our distribution partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to meet their sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting data and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • College degree or above.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
