Senior Service Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Sales Manager to lead our service sales team and drive revenue growth in the assigned accounts/territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Lead and manage a team of service sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
