Senior Sales and Profitability Manager

As a Senior Sales and Profitability Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit plans for key accounts in TR China. You will work closely with the Senior Sales & Digital Director to manage the PnL for specific key accounts and define commercial strategies for each retailer in line with budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profit plans for key accounts in TR China
  • Manage PnL for specific key accounts
  • Define commercial strategies for each retailer
  • Continuously look for new business opportunities within the region
  • Develop strong working relationships with key accounts
  • Drive commercial negotiations at corporate and field levels
  • Work with clients to maximize all aspects of business
  • Day-to-day management of accounts
  • Forecasting responsibilities on saleable and non-saleable goods
  • Implementation of marketing, merchandising, and digital guidelines
  • Negotiate promotional activities
  • Market Intelligence: gather market information related to the industry

Requirements:

  • Experience with China retailers and knowledge in the Beauty category
  • Experience in Travel Retail a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Operational efficiency and strategic credibility
  • Adaptability and executive presence
  • Organized and driven individual
  • Excellent English communication skills
